Transactions reported this week included an industrial property in New York City.
UPS has paid $303 million to buy an industrial complex in Brooklyn’s Red Hook submarket where the shipping company signed a triple-net lease last autumn. The seller was Sitex Group.
The 350,000-square-foot distribution hub is located along Brooklyn’s East River waterfront and comprises 219 Sullivan St., 202 and 242 Coffey St., and 68 and 100 Ferris St. The site offers up to 1.2 million buildable square feet.
