Transactions reported this week included an office property in San Francisco.
The Blackstone Group is in contract to buy Embarcadero Square, a 293,877-square-foot office complex in the north Financial District, for approximately $245 million. The seller is Gaw Capital of Hong Kong, which acquired the property in 2014 for $176 million.
