Unico Properties and AEW Capital Management have agreed to purchase two adjacent downtown Seattle office buildings, totaling 706,000 square feet, from an Ivanhoe Cambridge joint venture for approximately $359 million.
And Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, a subsidiary of Blackstone Group, acquired six apartment complexes in the Phoenix area for $311 million.
