Transactions reported this week included the sale of an office campus in Southern California.
Griffin Capital Co., on behalf of Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT, has sold DreamWorks Animation’s Headquarters and Studio Campus, a five-building, 460,000-square-foot property located in Glendale, Calif., for $290 million. The buyer was Hana Asset Management and Ocean West Capital Partners.
The REIT acquired the building in July 2015 for $215 million. The seller was represented by The Shannon Team of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
