Transactions reported this week included the sale of an industrial portfolio.
Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust has acquired $402 million worth of industrial properties from affiliates of High Street Realty Co. The portfolio totals 38 industrial properties. The properties are spread across six submarkets.
And Douglas Emmett and an existing joint venture that includes Qatar Investment Authority have acquired two office buildings in downtown Santa Monica, Calif.
