Tishman Speyer has sold 1110 Vermont Ave. NW, a 12-story office building in Washington, D.C., to Epic UK for $162.5 million. The 306,600-square-foot building is about four blocks from the White House. It is now 96 percent leased to a range of tenants including Young & Rubicam, Comcast Corp. and Turner Construction Co.
In Chicago, Ashford Hospitality Prime bought the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower, a 415-room hotel, for $153 million. The seller is The Blackstone Group.
