Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The three largest completed transactions included office properties in New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles.
In New York City, office investor Spear Street paid $250 million for 315 Park Ave., a 20-story, 356,000-square-foot building located between 23rd and 24th streets, from BCN Development. BCN bought the office tower for $265 million in 2007.
