Harbor Group International purchased the 439-unit Pheasant Hollow multifamily community at 19 Pheasant Hollow Drive in Plainsboro, N.J. The sellers, Angelo, Gordon & Co. and Vantage Properties, sold the property for $62.58 million.
In Cerritos, Calif., the Barros family sold the Cerritos Best Plaza, a 357,220-square-foot retail plaza, for $61.8 million. The buyer was CenterCal Properties.
