Recent commercial real estate acquisitions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest completed transactions included office properties in Washington, D.C., and New York City.

In Washington, D.C., Ares Management has sold the 153,000-square-foot property at 2000 K St. NW to Tishman Speyer for $89 million.

And in New York City, William Macklowe Co. bought the property at 156 William St. for $62.5 million from Capstone Equities.
