Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The largest completed transactions included two New York City office properties.
Jowa Holdings has purchased 440 Ninth Ave., an 18-story, approximately 398,800-square-foot Manhattan building, for $211.5 million from joint venture partners Sherwood Equities and Paramount Group.
Three miles away at 346 Broadway, the 418,991-square-foot property sold for $160 million to Peebles Corp. and Elad Properties. The seller was the City of New York. This is Peebles first acquisition in New York City.
