Recent commercial real estate acquisitions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The largest completed transactions included two properties in the Seattle area and a retail property in San Francisco.

Schnitzer West has sold two assets in the Seattle area, the Bravern Signature Residences in Bellevue, Wash., and a collection of 11 office buildings in Bothell, Wash., for $475.5 million. The buyers of the 445-unit apartment towers were Bravern Residences North and South limited liability companies, which is managed by Invesco Real Estate. The sales price was $308 million. And Grosvenor Americas purchased the 11 office buildings on the Schnitzer North
