Franklin Street Properties has paid $217 million for Denver Service Center, a 20-story office building in Denver. The seller was Miller Global Properties. The property has 655,565 rentable square feet of space and is located in the financial district of Denver’s CBD.
In New York City, Westbrook Partners and Moinian Group sold 295 Madison Ave. to Eretz Group for $213 million. The joint venture partners paid $180 million for the property in 2007.
