Realterm, alongside Starwood Property Trust, has closed a $672 million industrial outdoor storage (IOS) portfolio financing, the largest of its kind, according to the release.
The 78-property IOS portfolio is owned by affiliates of Stonemont Financial Group and Cerberus Capital Management and encompasses 830 acres across 33 U.S. markets.
“This financing marks a significant milestone for our credit platform and underscores our ability to execute sophisticated solutions that drive industry-making deals,” said Paul Sisson, head of credit at Realterm. “Borrowers are continuing to seek lenders with a deep understanding of the industrial real estate and logistics sectors. A transaction of this scale is the ultimate validation of our track record and niche expertise.”
