Realterm has appointed Joe Noon to senior vice president, head of U.S. investments.
Noon will lead Realterm’s Investments and Development teams to identify, evaluate and secure new opportunities to grow the firm’s U.S. transportation logistics portfolios. Before this appointment, Noon served as the vice president of investments in the Central Region of the U.S. and the head of development nationally for Realterm.
Before joining Realterm, Noon was a director for Hines in Chicago, where he led its Midwest Industrial Practice with more than 2.2 million square feet of industrial development and acquisitions in Indianapolis, Chicago, and Louisville, Ky.
