Real I.S. AG has successfully completed the investment phase of the specialized real estate alternative investment fund (AIF) BGV VII Europa.
By acquiring the third newly built part of the Marina Village residential property in Greystones, Ireland, the fund has reached its target volume of approximately €1 billion ($1.2 billion).
The property comprises 134 residential units totaling around 12,600 square meters (135,625 square feet). It is located south of Dublin in the coastal town of Greystones.
“The property helps to diversify the fund and stabilize the distributions. The accelerating recovery from the pandemic in general and by the Irish economy makes this investment a suitable closing investment for our BGV VII Europa fund,” explained Jochen Schenk, CEO of Real I.S.
The focus of the specialized real estate AIF BGV VII Europa is on core and core-plus investments, with the addition of properties with a manage-to-core strategy. The investments are
