Real I.S. has acquired the MOOONS hotel building in Vienna for a German pension fund, according to sources.
Real I.S. acquired the property from Munich Hotel Partners on behalf of its Real I.S. GREF fund, a specialized institutional real estate AIF.
Located opposite the new Central Station of Vienna located at Wiedner Gürtel 16, the nine-story hotel features 170 rooms, an international restaurant with a nearby garden, a rooftop bar and a fitness studio.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
