Real I.S. acquires Dublin apartment block

Real I.S. has purchased an apartment block in Dublin from Irish property developer Marlet Property Group, according to several news reports.

The seven-story development is known as Ropemaker Place, is located in the new city quarter of Silicon Docks and offers 56 high-end boutique apartments and 2,000 square feet of retail space, according to the developer’s website.

The immediate area is also host to a multitude of international occupiers, such as Facebook, Google, Indeed and State Street.

According to Marlet Property Group, the development includes one-, two- and three-bedroom fully furnished apartments as well as duplex units and penthouses with views over Pearse Park and the docklands areas. Each apartment was designed by Irish interior design firm Vardis Group and has a private outdoor terrace or balcony.

The development also features 28 basement car parking spaces and 116 secured bike parking spaces.
