Real I.S. fund raises more than €600m

Real I.S. has raised more than €600 million ($658million) for its BGV VI. The fund has a target volume of €1 billion ($1.1 billion).

To date, approximately €400 million ($439 million) has been invested in building up a portfolio of European properties. Other investments totaling more than €160 million ($176 million) are on the verge of a capital call.

BGV VI’s strategy is focused on core/core-plus investments with a diversification and risk distribution based on country and usage type: The target region is the euro area, with particular emphasis on Germany, France and the Benelux countries. Preference is given to the asset classes of office and retail properties, supplemented by investment opportunities in logistics properties and budget hotels.
