A fund managed by Real I.S. has acquired the German modern logistics complex Emmerich II from FIEGE R.E.D. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Located at the German-Dutch border, the property was completed in the first quarter and offers a total leasable area of around 40,000 square meters (430,556 square feet). The layout of the space is flexible, enabling it to be divided into four separate units. The building is gold-certified by the German Sustainable Building Council and features two photovoltaic systems over the entire roof area, as well as charging stations, partially greened roofs and a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heating system.
Real I.S. said 84 parking spaces are available to its long-term tenant on the property, FIEGE, and the property benefits from good transport links.
