Over the past four decades, U.S. markets have experienced several downturns and periods of inflation, influenced by various economic factors and events.

Each event has left a mark on investors, shaping their confidence and influencing investment approaches. Looking back at history can help the present day. As renowned author Mark Twain reputedly said, “History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes.” This suggests that while historical events may not unfold in precisely the same way, there are often similarities worth noting.

Today seasoned real estate investors are echoing Twain’s sentiment.
