Real estate ESG firm Deepki launches in the U.K.

Deepki, a European company offering a fully populated ESG data-intelligence platform to help commercial real estate investors, owners and managers improve the ESG performance of their real estate assets, has expanded to the United Kingdom.

Deepki’s SaaS platform enables clients to collect ESG data, get a comprehensive overview of their portfolio’s ESG performance, establish pathways, assess their performance and report to key stakeholders, facilitating their transition to net zero. The platform is supported by carbon and ESG experts who partner with clients across data collection and analysis to ESG strategy definition and implementation.

Since it was founded in Europe in 2014, the company has grown to more than 400 million square meters (4.3 billion square feet) under management and includes customers such as SwissLife Asset Managers, Generali Real Estate and KLEPIERRE.

To date, Deepki has saved more than 180,000 tons of carbon dioxide across its client bas
