RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA) has appointed Shawn Veldhouse as managing director. He will be based in the firm’s New York City office. Before joining RFA, Veldhouse served as deputy director of real estate investments at the New York State Common Retirement Fund, where he deployed capital for the fund’s discretionary investment programs. Previously, he worked for a family office and investment managers including The Milestone Group and RREEF.
