Rava Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Barwon Investment Partners, expanding the real asset unit of Hillhouse Investment further into Australia’s alternative property sector, according to with Mingtiandi and Australian Financial Review.
The transaction gives Rava control of a manager overseeing approximately A$3 billion ($2.1 billion) in healthcare real estate, real estate credit and private markets assets.
