Florida-based Ram Realty Advisors has raised a total of $226.25 million, including $22.75 million in co-investment capital, for its Ram Realty Partners V fund.
An SEC filing revealed that 24 investors have backed the fund.
Ram is looking to invest equity in multifamily, mixed-use and grocery-anchored retail in specific urban infill market locations in the Southeast, preferably near transportation and hospitals.
The firm has raised four closed-end private equity real estate funds. All funds with the exception of the first fund — Community Reinvestment Partners — have targeted value-add, opportunistic (development) or special situation assets in select high-growth markets in the Southeast.
The previous fund in the series, Ram Realty Partners (RRP) IV, raised a total of $165 million, including co-investment capital. A spokesperson from Ram R
