Ram Realty Advisors JV sells office in Charlotte for $318m

Childress Klein Properties Inc. and Ram Realty Advisors have sold Lowe’s Global Technology Center, a recently completed, trophy office tower totaling 357,526 square feet in the Charlotte, N.C., South End submarket.

JLL ‘s Capital Markets group procured the buyer, an undisclosed investment firm. The sales price is estimated to be more than $318 million, reported the Charlotte Business Journal.
