Kivanch Mehmet has been named head of institutional capital at Qualitas.
Mehmet joins Qualitas, having spent 15 years in the real estate investment industry, based in Australia and London, including coverage across Asia Pacific. He joined Qualitas from Charter Hall, where he served as the head of wholesale investor relations, with responsibility for the firm’s investor relations program for investors in unlisted institutional funds. Earlier in his career, he held senior real estate roles in debt, equity and indirect funds management at National Australia Bank, JLL, DTZ and MaxCap Group.
