Quadrant, the independent U.K. real estate asset management and development company, has appointed Patrick Waters and Jeremy Lacey as development directors.
Waters and Lacey both join from Chelsfield, where they worked together to develop a range of high-quality schemes across London.
Waters has more than 35 years’ experience in the U.K. property market, with the last 15 spent implementing large complex mixed-use developments in central London.
Most recently, he was Chelsfield’s London development director, where he was responsible for the K1 Knightsbridge development, a 330,000-square-foot scheme with a GDV of more than £700 million ($895 million). In a joint venture between Chelsfield and Ilchester Estates, he was part of the team that negotiated the acquisition of the former Commonwealth Institute site in Holland Park and the subsequent development of the new Design Museum together with 55 luxury apartments, known as Holland Green, with a GDV of £440 m
