Quadrant has acquired 6 Gracechurch Street, in the City of London, in partnership with a private Singapore-based family office as part of a new mandate.
6 Gracechurch Street has been acquired from USS, which undertook an extensive refurbishment of the building that completed in 2023. The property comprises 47,000 square feet of predominantly class A office space. The long-leasehold property has a weighted average unexpired lease term of 7.8 years and is fully let to tenants including BT, Gaws of London and Partner Reinsurance.
The acquisition is the first deal to be completed by Quadrant and the family office, which together are looking to amass and manage a portfolio of high-quality central London offices. They are actively seeking investment opportunities for the portfolio at what they believe is an attractive entry point for investing in the London office market.
6 Gracechurch Street is located in the center of the Square Mile opposite the historic Leadenhall
