Q Residential Property Income Fund VI, a core-plus fund managed by Q Residential, has completed a final close with C$366.85 million ($282 million) of committed equity, against a target of C$400 ($307 million).

Q Residential Property Income Fund VI will invest in Canadian residential properties, achieving value-add returns with a core-plus risk profile. As of June 15, the fund was fully deployed.
