PTM Partners, a real estate investment and development firm focused on qualified opportunity zones, has appointed Thomas Strand as vice president of acquisitions and capital markets.
Prior to PTM, Strand served as a director of the investments and development team at Building and Land Technology. In his new role at PTM, he will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing new opportunity zone acquisitions. He also will assist in the asset management of current projects.
