Stephen Wilson has been appointed president and CEO at PS Business Parks.
Wilson has been serving as interim president and CEO since Jan. 17, 2022. Wilson has been a director of the company since July 2019 and will continue to serve as a director.
Wilson was executive vice president–development of AvalonBay Communities, from 2014 until his retirement in 2019. Prior to that role, Wilson held various senior leadership positions and was responsible for development activities on the West Coast and mid-Atlantic at AvalonBay.
