PRP has hired Liat Cherkes-Bishko as managing director, head of capital formation. In this newly expanded role, Cherkes-Bishko will lead the firm’s capital formation efforts, including fundraising, investor relations, and marketing, as PRP Real Assets continues to broaden its institutional investor base across its mission-critical assets, multifamily and special-situations strategies.
Cherkes-Bishko is based in the Washington, D.C., area. She brings more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate law, distressed real estate investing, asset management and capital formation. Before joining PRP, she spent more than a decade at Turner Impact Capital, where she began as an investment professional before moving into senior capital formation and investor relations responsibilities across the firm’s strategies.
