Provident Industrial, a division of Dallas-based Provident, has acquired 8225 Bent Branch Drive, a fully occupied flex industrial building in Irving, Texas.
The property is situated north of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, near Interstate 635, and supports mission-critical operations for a national credit tenant. Due to its location and buildout, the asset will be held as a long-term investment.
“While Provident is primarily known as a developer, we actively pursue opportunities that offer strong risk-adjusted returns,” said Chris Martin, director at Provident Industrial. “The acquisition of 8225 Bent Branch reflects our commitment to expanding the industrial platform through both development and strategic acquisitions.”
