Prologis has acquired four new distribution centers in the Netherlands from KKR and Mirastar.
The properties are located in the prime logistics locations Bleiswijk, Roosendaal and Hoofddorp (Schiphol), in the Netherlands and cover a total of 127,000 square feet of rentable floor area. Built with a strong environmental focus, these modern facilities are accredited BREEAM Excellent and Very Good, featuring LED lighting, solar panels and EV charging points.
The assets include Bleiswijk DC3, a 48,498 square-meter (522,028-square-foot) in the Rotterdam market; the 33,317-square-meter (358,621-square-foot) DC2 and the 10,168-square-meter (109,447-square-foot) DC3 in Roosendaal; and the 34,509-square-meter (371,452-square-foot) Schiphol DC5 in Amsterdam.
