Tishman Speyer has appointed Joseph Ghazal as senior managing director and global head of growth, according to a post on the company’s LinkedIn page.
In the newly created role, Ghazal will help identify new investment opportunities and scale Tishman Speyer’s global business. His initial mandate will include supporting Tishman Speyer’s expansion in the Middle East and India. He also will support the continued implementation of the firm’s long-term growth strategy.
Ghazal previously served as global CIO of Prologis, overseeing investment strategy, capital deployment, and business development across one of the world’s largest real estate platforms.
