Prologis, through its open-ended fund Prologis European Logistics Fund, has acquired a joint venture logistics portfolio in Sweden that was owned by Alecta and Swedish property firm Bockasjö.
The portfolio venture is called Logistikfastigheter Sverige AB venture, which owns 11 properties with a leasable area of 295,000 square meters (3.2 million square feet), located in Helsingborg, Gothenburg – Hisingen, Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, Örebro, Västerås, Eskilstuna, and Arlanda City. Logistikfastigheter Sverige was formed in 2016.
The portfolio has a value of SEK 3.8 billion (€390 million/$440 million).
