Julien Jaoui and Léa Peyran have joined Principal Asset Management as business development director and business development manager, respectively, in the distribution team in France.
Based in Paris and serving the French real estate market, the appointments cement the global asset manager’s commitment to expanding its client base and enhancing the private real estate offerings in the region.
Jaoui and Peyran bring with them a wealth of experience and relationships in the Société Civile de Placement Immobilier (SCPI) market, with 15 and 13 years of experience, respectively. Prior to joining Principal, both Jaoui and Peyran worked at Praemia REIM. Jaoui was most recently a manager in retail business development, responsible for the development of strategic partnerships with the distribution channels. Peyran was a distribution relations manager in the retail division, where she developed new partnerships with distributors and managed ongoing relationships.
