Matthias Vukovich has been appointed CIO at Princeton Digital Group (PDG), a major data center provider in Asia.
Based in Singapore, Vukovich will lead the company’s mergers and acquisitions and investments, and he will be responsible for the company’s continued development and execution of its organic and inorganic growth strategy.
With more than two decades of experience, Vukovich has a proven track record of success in the investment banking, finance and digital infrastructure industries. He most recently served as CFO of Converge ICT Solutions, a publicly listed fiber broadband operator in the Philippines, where he led the company through its initial public offering. Before Converge, Vukovich spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley as a technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) banker in Tokyo, London and Hong Kong. He was involved in some of the largest M&A, IPO, and private fund-raising deals in the digital infrastructure sector.
