KINGSTONE Living & Care appoints head of transactions, healthcare

KINGSTONE Real Estate is strengthening its KINGSTONE Living & Care (KLC) healthcare investment platform with Philipp Bach as head of transactions, healthcare.

Bach joins KLC from Principal Real Estate, where he served as senior transaction manager with responsibility for deal sourcing as well as for property acquisitions and sales for German and international clients. His past professional career also includes experience as director at JLL and as senior investment manager at SEB Asset Management.
