PGIM Real Estate has promoted Greg Kane, currently executive director on the Investment Research Team, to head of European Investment Research.
In this role, Kane is responsible for leading the European Research team in supporting the portfolio, asset management, acquisitions and marketing efforts of the regional and global businesses. He also becomes a member of the European investment committee. He will continue to be based in London.
Kane joined the European Investment Research team in 2008 as an associate and was promoted to executive director last year.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Kane was a research analyst at DTZ Research (now Cushman & Wakefield).
He holds a master of science in economics and finance from Warwick University and a bachelor of science with honors in economics from Bath University.
