AP Residence One GK, a joint-investment vehicle between Alyssa Partners and PGIM Real Estate, has acquired a newly built property in Toshima-ku, Tokyo.
It comprises 70 apartments ranging from studios to one-bedroom units, in 11 stories.
Alyssa Partners announced the acquisition on LinkedIn. A sales price and seller were not disclosed.
