Peach Property Group grows residential portfolio in Germany

Peach Property Group has signed a purchase agreement to acquire a portfolio of 5,450 residential units in Germany, expanding its residential portfolio by 42 percent. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Around 80 percent of the new portfolio (4,540 units) is located in North Rhine-Westphalia, with roughly 550 apartments situated in and around Kaiserslautern, and 360 apartments in Neubrandenburg.

Following the deal, Peach Property will own 18,300 apartments with a rentable area of 1.19 million square meters (12.8 million square feet).

The transaction is expected to close at the end of the year.
