PCCP and Stonemont Financial Group have formed a joint venture for the speculative development of Johns Road Industrial, a 101,000-square-foot, class-A industrial warehouse at 6101 Johns Road in Tampa, Fla. Situated on 15 acres, the site is just three miles from the Tampa International Airport.
“This will be PCCP’s third equity venture with Stonemont, an active, national developer [with] experience in the Tampa industrial market,” said Ryan Dodge, managing director with PCCP. “We believe this site is ideally located within a core industrial node that benefits from its proximity to population density, highway access, and strong labor supply, which has attracted national tenants and institutional capital.”
Located within a four-hour drive of Florida’s largest MSAs, Tampa has become one of the top industrial markets in the Southeast given its central location and strong population growth. The property is within Tampa’s Airport submarket and will be one of th
