PATRIZIA to deliver sustainable, wellness-led office development in London

PATRIZIA has submitted plans to deliver a best-in-class, sustainable, wellness-led office development in London.

The building, 30 Minories, currently consists  of a 16-story tower and a seven-story podium, which is currently considered obsolete. Under the proposals, PATRIZIA will replace the asset with a multi-layered 16-story building, providing best-in-class office space on the upper levels and a range of flexible retail, leisure and employment uses on the ground and lower ground floor levels. Writers House, a Victorian warehouse heavily altered in the 19th century,  will provide community floorspace at ground and lower ground level, with the upper levels leased at affordable rents to local enterprises.

It will also provide enhanced community, cultural and leisure facilities through the creation of a small pocket-park, a new courtyard, bicycle parking and the creation of a visual route through Writers House. The public walkways around the site are curren
