PATRIZIA has moved its 200-strong U.K.-based team, which manages a significant portion of the firm’s €57 billion ($62 billion) of global assets under management and leads many of its discretionary investment strategies, into a new global headquarters located in London’s Covent Garden.
PATRIZIA’s newly opened international hub, which represents the group’s largest global office location outside of its Germany-based headquarters, brings the firm’s combined real estate and infrastructure investment arms, along with its technology business, under one roof. The group’s London office oversees a diverse international real assets platform, spanning value-added and core real estate strategies, as well as midmarket infrastructure equity and infrastructure debt funds.
PATRIZIA said this move will play a central role in driving the future growth of the company’s global investment platform.
