Patrizia launches private investor funds

PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has launched two funds for private investors, PATRIZIA GrundInvest Kopenhagen Südhafen and PATRIZIA GrundInvest Den Haag Wohnen.

For both funds, the investment manager expects to raise a total of €50 million ($tk million) in equity.

The new fund series, which is to include additional funds as well, is PATRIZIA’s response to the urbanization megatrend. More people are moving to European metropolitan areas to work and to enjoy the cultural diversity. The metropolitan areas, therefore, experience highly concentrated growth in terms of population and economic power. Residential living space will be in demand in these growth centers in the future as well.

A portfolio with 84 residential units was purchased for PATRIZIA GrundInvest Den Haag Wohnen.
