PATRIZIA invests €145m in Helsinki residential portfolio

PATRIZIA AG has acquired a portfolio of multifamily residential properties in Helsinki, Finland, from Taaleri, the Nordic investment and asset manager, for €145 million ($172 million), on behalf of its institutional clients.

The high-quality, income-producing portfolio comprises 461 apartments across nine properties, with a total leasable area of 25,000 square meters (269,100 square feet). Eight of the properties were constructed between 2014 and 2017, while the other asset was built in 1969 and was fully renovated in 2015.

The entire portfolio is located within the Greater Helsinki region, and all properties benefit from excellent public transport links that provide access to the city center.
