Pathway to Living, the senior housing platform of Chicago-based real estate investor and operator Waterton, has partnered with Welltower®Inc to manage and modernize a 22-property senior housing portfolio across Illinois and Ohio.
Pathway to Living will bring its hands-on management style and in-depth market insight to the newly formed partnership with the Ohio-based REIT. In addition to its role as day-to-day operator, Pathway to Living will serve as a minority investor in the acquisition of the 1,105-unit portfolio.
