Partners Group has launched a new fund focused on real estate secondaries, Partners Group Real Estate Secondary 2017, according to a filing with the SEC.
Partners Group raised $1.95 billion in equity commitments for the fund’s predecessor, Partners Group Real Estate Secondary 2013, which closed in October 2014.
Partners Group has more than $55 billion in investment programs under management in private equity, private debt, private real estate and private infrastructure.
