Partners Group appoints Karim Habra new global co-head of real estate

Partners Group, a global private markets firm, has announced that Karim Habra has been made its new global co-head of real estate.

Habra will take the position in mid-March and will operate alongside Mike Bryant as co-head. Bryant is now global head of real estate.

Habra will join Partners Group from Ivanhoe Cambridge, the real estate investment arm of CDPQ, a Canadian pension fund, where he was head of Europe and Asia-Pacific and global head of strategic partnerships. Before his time at Ivanhoe Cambridge, Habra had worked at La Salle Investment Management, JER Partners and GE Capital.
